It's wall frame designed for cheap Chinese 8" tablet - W81 used as my Home Assistant terminal. You can buy it here:
If you have a printer with a big bed, you can print the frame at once. Otherwise you can print it in pieces and glue it using CA glue. My frame was done this way, then painted with primer and finished with the white mat acrylic paint.
I used USB micro connector for soldering to make power cable fitting under cover - something like this:
Power supply is located in electrical box mounted in the wall behind the tablet.
It has a little hole for reaching the power button with a toothpick
You will find doc files for Design Spark Mechanical to freely make mods and remixes.
