If the US wont ship masks up to Canada, we will make our own. Most of the parts can be made of PLA but the face cover should be TPU for a better seal. The clip should be heated to bend around the mask. I have separated much of the components for ease of printing but obviously there will be some assembly required. The cartridges and the lids should be packed tight and cleaned out thoroughly after each use and packed with new tissue and cotton packed at the orifice. silicone is intended to be applied to the cartridge and let dry to provide a better compression seal when the lid is applied. I'm well aware that PLA can accumulate bacteria so using a higher temp material may be a better choice for the hard components. I had to make all the components as people come in all sizes. Mhis should fit a medium face so print according to who will be using it. and the front is flat for name tags or permanent marker names or what ever sticke you might want. when all this is done, print a pellet extruder and throw this in the blender and reuse the materials. I don't want to see any of these in the land fill please.
